Steamed Chocolate Cake

3cups plain flour
250 g butter
10 eggs
3cups castor sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tsp baking powder
1tsp sodium bicarbonate
1 cup cocoa powder

Cream sugar with butter using an electric mixer.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add the dry ingredients and pour into a baking tin.
Steam for 30 mins

For the chocolate topping.

Melt cooking chocolate with some butter.
Spread generously on the cooled cake.
Sprinkle with chocolate rice or any other topping as desired.

This is so much easier than baking. the result is a very moist cake unlike the dry baked ones.
